I had a problem this week with my vehicle so I had it towed to Vics and I could not believe how nice they were, how affordable it was and especially how fast they were able to fix it! Amazing customer service on the phone and definitely not your average place! Also, they did a complete overhaul of my transmission roughly 4 or 5 years ago and I've had no problems with it since. My husband and I have had Vicks transmission work on our car a few times. Once for the air conditioner and once for some transmission work we have been very pleased with their professionalism and keeping our car on the road.

Ahhh... no more noise. About 18 mo ago I purchased a new differential carrier for my 2015 Tundra from a Toyota dealership in MS. I had it installed in Clearwater. A few months later it started to whine on deceleration. Not a detrimential to performance, just a whine like driving over the concrete cross cut bridges. More annoying than anything, especially after paying what I did to get it resolved. Last Sept. the noise was getting louder and also now appeared on acceleration as well. I went to Gettel Toyota and they agreed to spare parts warranty the unit. It was on national backorder for over 6 mo. Finally it arrived. Since I had the other one installed at another independant shop, they wouldn't cover labor. Understandable. I found Vics Transmissions and liked their reviews. They agreed to do the job.
