I didn’t have an appointment, however they took me in right away and replaced my battery on my s550 in a timely manner.
Very professional, technically highly proficient, fantastic customer service. On top of all that, they do an honest business. I can't compliment them highly enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Oh, and they should give Kimberly a raise. She's awesome in her multi-dimensional role. Took my car in for service B and they were amazing!! They are affordable and quick, and the customer service is great as well, everyone was so kind and helpful! I highly recommend and will be returning.
