Sargeant Service Center

My family and I have been going to Sargeant Service Center for years and there is a reason why we continue to return. They are always incredibly friendly, patient, communicative, and reasonable. The same core group of employees has been there for a long time and I don’t even think I’ve ever seen one of them in a bad mood haha. I had some significant work done to my vehicle earlier this week and it has driven great ever since, as I’ve come to expect. I would recommend Sargeant to anyone in St Aug or the surrounding areas.

Excellent service experience! I called on Tuesday to get an appointment and Kevin was able to get me in on Thursday. I had already purchased the rear axles that I needed replaced and Kevin was fine with me bringing my own parts. The tech replaced the axles in less time than I expected and I had my car back in a day. And the shuttle service was very helpful. The shuttle driver was very nice as well. Overall great experience from start to finish. I will definitely return for future service on my cars. Thank you!

Kevin , jumped our service truck off with his jump box at a remote meeting we attend weekly. Turns out we had failing batteries so we went to his shop. Being a service vehicle the cost of the batteries was not the biggest expense the downtime was. Kevin and his team located and installed the batteries while my tech waited. We were able to get to all of our customers and stay on schedule with minimal delay. Thank you Kevin and thank you Sargeant Service Center ! Service: Battery
