What an amazing experience!! I never been in an accident before and I was recommended this auto shop and I’m so glad I was. Julio is phenomenal, you really don’t see customer service like this anymore and I was so impressed with his service and obviously the outcome of my car, my car looks brand new and although I want a bigger car lol ( I have a Honda Civic coupe ) I feel safe know Julio and his crew fixed my car. My car was a HOT MESS. It’s an older car, 2011 Nissan. I’ve had it for 8 years and honestly, drove it around looking busted for a while. The car runs well so finally decided to upgrade the old girl. The quotes I was getting to revamp the car at other shops were more than the car was worth. Started following EAC on ig and fell inlove with the work. Upon entering the office, you are greeted by the sweetest dog named Biggie, so cute. This is a family owned and operated business. Jose and Sylvia were kind and very responsive. Jose helped guide me throughout the process and was very patient with my million questions. Their prices were very fair! Zero unexpected cost and the work was outstanding! Above an beyond. I expected to just have my bumper replaced, but they delivered me basically a new car. Excellent experience from start to finish! Would absolutely recommend and return for services.
