Maverick's Custom Motorsports

I made a mistake on a order by ordering the wrong speakers. So I emailed them immediately after to cancel the order. So over the course of a few days no response back. So I called customer service for support. She tells me to email them. Don't know why she's already on the phone why not just assist me. So they finally emailed me stating they cancelled the order. Okay cool , So it's March 20 the order was cancelled it's now March 31 and no refund. Emailed the them several times no response. Called affirm payment processing center no refund returned to them either. All I want is my refund back.. Will never do business with them again.

This was the first time I have ever stepped foot and Mavericks custom Motorsport. I had originally ordered a bass controller via online. upon its arrival, I discovered that the bass cable was too short. I called and without hesitation they were willing to resolve the issue. Upon arrival at the store. I informed them who I was, they already had the exchange ready for me, before providing the exchange, the owner stated I appreciate your business. Never have I ever heard a business tell their customer thank you for your business.

Mavericks has been great to work with over the last few years. I have built several bikes with them and their quality of work is second to none. Highly recommended getting the Mavericks Touch on your ride!
