Excellent customer service, the owner really takes his time to explain everything. My mother took her car to another shop with a broken water pump belt and that shop wanted to charge her $1400 for all kinds of unnecessary repairs. R & M diagnosed the problem to be only the water pump belt and replaced it saving Mom well over $1,200 thank you very much!
R & M is one of the best mechanics in North Miami I have been using them for many years.
Honest. Knowledgeable. Came in with a relatively small repair. Explained that I had other stuff that he would take care of on the house. Didn't try and upsell me. Had the work done in a couple of hours. Gave me back all the old parts. Took the time to explain everything that had to be fixed and what I should be looking out for in the future with my car.
