My first visit was a small job because it's hard to trust new mechanics. That visit was a 5 star, good job and good customer service so I returned months later. This next job was quoted for $1200 in repairs; again, it was a reasonable price for the type of job. The reason for the 1 star and I will not return , is the bad attitude I received from the receptionist Marie over the phone when I told her the bad customer service I was getting because Frank forgot what my car needed when I brought it to be diagnosed and I needed to bring it back again. Her responses were defensive with answers like "I'm just the messenger" or "it was a free diagnosis, right " ? As I proceeded to continue the conversation, she abruptly hung up on me....I called back, but she didn't answer. The next day I took the car back to see Frank for the diagnosis again, I asked if he knew that Marie was rude for hanging up on his customer and he nodded yes; he didn't apologize for his employees' actions, he just nodded
