Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

After being ignored by a staff of five at Auto Zone next door I walked out- then went into Tuffy's and showed Rhiana, a very friendly, helpful lady, a pic of my oil gauge that was showing about a quart low. She came out to the car with me and confirmed I needed oil but she could not sell me any as they do not have oil to sell without an oil change. I was just starting a long trip and didn't have time to wait. When I went back inside to confirm the type of oil I would need I thanked Rhiana and her manager for checking for me and I told them I would be back to do an oil change when I got back to Naples. I said I appreciated their quick customer service. The manager then did me a huge favor and told me to pull around back and he would top off my oil so I wouldn't have to make another stop to buy a can of oil somewhere else. I pulled around and got my oil topped off- free of charge ! I am a customer for life!

Excellent Customer Service!! I walked in for just a tire repair, but while waiting I noticed them interacting with customers for varying auto issues. The Manager was very knowledgeable and courteous with all customers. Advised them on wait times and option to return at appt times convenient for customer to avoid wait. I would not hesitate to come back to Tuffy Auto Service at 7445 Vanderbilt for any Auto Issue. Great location by collier/vanderbilt and next to strip mall and shopping center to grab breakfast, lunch, or shop while waiting! So glad I found this Service Center!!

On Tuesday, 6/20/23, Had a nail in my tire so went to Tuffy to get it plugged, until it's time to get new tires. The tech & team were super friendly. There was a little confusion at checkout locating my key, which was no big deal, so they didn't charge me for the plug! That wasn't necessary, but was much appreciated! Thanks guys! :)
