Purchased custom tires, dropped shipping to Tuffys for installation. Gary was pleasant and helpful from initial contact before purchasing tires from a wholesale Internet distribution company. Eric inspected my car with recommended services, including an oil change. All completed with a basic alignment and friendly and helpful service.
Not exceptional customer service, but they did see me very quickly to evaluate my leaking tire. The guy was accommodating but would not look me in the eye. I ended up needing a complete tire replacement. Overall decent service.
Awesome help in getting my care new tires quickly. I had a bad flat on Saturday late in the afternoon, and they ordered and replaced my tires Monday. The manager even gave me a lift to my house while I waited. Great service and nice people. Service: Auto tire replacement
