Made appointment online, quick and easy. Great communication before and during service visit. Work done timely while I waited. Was able to have technical discussion with a service manager who answered questions about my new hybrid operation that I couldn't find online. All good. They immediately gave me an emergency appointment to replace my dead battery when I was able to jump start my Camry Hybrid and bring it to Germaine. Jose who granted the appointment and Andrew my Service Manager were friendly and helpful and had me in and out in an hour.
