The Service Department kept me well informed. Dropped off a loaner while they serviced my vehicle. Thomas was extremely punctual. Had a wonderful experience with the Service Department.
Everyone at Germain was courteous and professional. They addressed our issue and although the problem vanished they explored reasons why the car had a strong gas odor when we fuel up. Service: General repairs & maintenance
The most pleasant car dealership experience that i have ever had, my salesman,Terry Cardinal, was not only Incredibly personal but his knowledge of the Cars and the purchase process made our experience really special. Our sales manager Steve Rubash was also exceptional and made the process seamless and easy. I cannot say enough about the whole Germain Lincoln staff, everyone from the young lady who welcomed us as we walked in the front door To the business manager Tony Antonucci , who made all the paperwork easy and fast.
