Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I don’t like to give bad reviews because I’m a positive person, but my story should be heard to help you save time and money by not doing business with this place. I purchased two sets of tires for both my cars and another two from Sam’s in Naples. When I had a tire blow out July 3rd on Marco Island I called them to see how they could help me and about the warranty on my tires. First, the guy gave me the wrong information about the size of the tires put on my car because he didn’t bother to look up my account and see what size tires are on my car. He looked up the year make and model and misquoted me. Second mistake, he didn’t tell me about the roadside assistance that came with the tires. He said it could be a week or more before the tires came in. I told him I couldn’t drive the car in its current state. He didn’t help me with the tow. I towed my car back to Naples using my insurance to a different place and had to spend $250 to rent a car. When I brought the old tires ( two I replac

At Sam’s club tire shop on 9/5/23. I realized I had a tire losing air (probably a nail or a screw) I have hazard protection on all four of my tires with Sam’s Club. I looked at my tire not seeing any nail or screw. At 11am I arrived and was advised that there was a 4 hr wait or I could come on Friday for an appointment (3 days away) this is not good customer service. It’s not like I can wait to get it fixed, it will be flat. If the nail/screw is in the outside part of tread or sidewall I would need a new tire. Exactly why I bought the tire hazard warranty. The tires are $300 tires each. Not even height of snow bird season yet. Grrrrrrr
