Would highly Not recommend this body shop!!!! Horrible customer service!! Had an appointment to drop off my truck and was told they had all the parts on hand. Truck was dropped of for 7 days and didn’t due anything to my vehicle!! called the shop to get an update on my truck and was told they were still waiting on some parts.. when they had confirmed all the parts where in there possession Should have went to a different shop in the first place . What a waist of time!!! They honestly don’t deserve not 1 single star!!!

Don't bring them anything that they may consider "time-consuming" or "challenging" as they'll just turn you down even if you are super flexible with how far out they have to book you an appointment. They also should start explaining the services they can and can't do when you call instead of having their customers drive 30 minutes out of their way just to get turned away at the door. Good thing as a healthcare provider, I don't turn down really sick or complicated patients just because they would take up more of my time.

North Collier collision is a great company they’re very upfront and they do great work. I like working with them compared to other companies. I have a Chevy 3500 black and it’s looking even better than it was before. Thank you North Collier collision ????????????
