Made an appointment to have a slow leak assessed at 9:00 am on a Saturday. Received a call at 8:30 that morning stating that the were unable to guarantee getting to it that day because they are slammed. How about you don’t make appointments if you can’t keep them? I was looking to establish a new go-to shop since moving to the area. Looks like this won’t be it.

Had new tires put on at different good year. Had an issue brought to this store they didn’t fix my tire light on. After they worked on my car I’m now experience brake issues which I didn’t have before they had my car. Go anywhere but Goodyear for your tires! Pretty bad when 2 stores can’t get it right!

I have used this particular Goodyear Sevice Center for years, however recently having to deal with the woman in this store I have found her to NOT be customer service oriented and believe she should really choose a line of work where she doesn't need to deal with the public. I knew I probably couldn't get the truck in last minute so I took the wheel off the truck myself and brought that in. This is not the 1st I have tried to purchase a tire here and was met with, "No, I can't do that for you". I guess it's time to find another tire service center.
