On a recent trip to Miami my car began to lose electricity. I noticed the lights on the dash gradually dimming and just as I parked at our destination my car quit. It was midnight. My concern was not the car because I knew it would get fixed somehow. As an out-of-towner I was concern with finding a certified, reputable, reliable, and honest mechanic. My searches on Google led me to several shops around the area and after reading the reviews I selected Valenz Auto care. The reviews on Valenz were more than decent in comparison to the rest. So I settled on Valenz. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car it was an EXCELLENT experience. The attendant was pleasant, well spoken, polite and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He was very clear with his diagnosis of the problem, what needed to be done, and the price was more than reasonable. I will definitely consider this place my to go to shop whenever I'm in the Miami area and find myself in need of auto repairs. Bravo friend!
