If your looking for respectful and reliable customer service I would keep looking and not spend your money here! Based off the comments this is not the first time and clearly they bride people who leave negative comments to better their reviews. I came in on 19OCT2022 to see if this place can install a kit on my MYP. There was a worker sitting at the front desk on the phone for over 30Minutes which is unusual but I patiently waited until he finished. I then ask do they install lip spoilers kits on Tesla’s he gave me a very weird/funny looked and hesitated to say yes or no like if he didn’t believe I genuinely owned one. He then says yes and ask for a picture while I was getting the picture out my phone he walks off and get another gentleman who was present in the shop the entire time lol. He returns back to he seat and get on the phone and starts talking in “Spanish” with another customer about a their Tesla. If I can leave zero stars I would. Don’t recommend this shop. I came from abroad to buy a diablo sport. The boss assured that the order would arrive on time before my departure. It didn’t arrive on time but i had paid for it. He told me he would send it to my home adress. Then they stopped answering my email. Never sent the diablo. I came back in Miami directly to the shop. He refused to give me the diablo and didn’t want to refund the order. They stole me 500usd. THIEF. the boss is not honest. Don’t make deal with them. They are not honest, the owner said that he would arrange the shipping and stopped answering my emails and now tell me that it is too late for a claim. I live in french guiana so i could not come before in the US because of covid restriction and vaccination. Bad bad experience. The owner doesn’t treat client with respect. HE IS A CROOK. And he loses his tempter since he knows that is he is a liar and a thief. DON T BUY FROM THEM. They will steal your money. The owner is not trustworthy AT ALL. Try anoth
