Took our bmw in for basic fluid service. Fair price, smooth service. Appreciative of their detailed inspection that Chris took the time to walks us through, with no hard sales pressure to replace items. Would recommend!

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Took my BMW here after the actual dealer at BMW quoted me an astronomical number. Prestige Tech definitely owns up to the name, from the staff at the front desk to how fast they got done with the service my car needed and the price was extremely reasonable for what I needed. I did my homework and checked everywhere else and for the service and most of all how organized they are they definitely won my business for good! They don’t only beat the prices but they will beat any other auto repair shop when it comes to cleanliness, customer service, and most of all price. If you are getting scammed by the dealers with the astronomical fees and want a place where you’ll feel like family and also feel like you are stepping into BMW themselves then I recommend you take your car to prestige, you will not be disappointed and you’ll have your car back quick. Prestige Auto tech is an outstanding auto service facility, especially for higher-end vehicles. This is a facility comprised of mechanics that are second to none, and a staff dedicated to a high-quality customer experience. Your first indication of this is the spotless and inviting check-in desk and waiting area, greeting you when you walk in. There is an inclination that only dealer / factory service centers can perform proper service on newer Mercedes, Porsche, BMW Audi, etc. Prestige is focused on knowing the full interval service requirements of your vehicle, and executing a comparable or better maintenance job, using the same factory parts and certified technicians. On my recent visit, the Service Advisor, Arnoldo, presented the full breakdown of the interval service I needed, as well as other items noted in their inspection.
