The vehicle I needed help with is a 2018 Audi Q5 that needed its routine oil change - reverse light was damaged - tire pressure sensors needed to be reset - and a general inspection. Took my work truck to RS for an engine ticking, and he was able to diagnose it quick and get my Ram truck fixed within the week.
