Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

My response to Maaco to contact the location that painted my truck, My 1st mistake was taking it to Maaco my 2nd mistake would be to take it back to Maaco. They should change their slogan to "Oh no you took it to Maaco" This was the worst paint job I've ever seen done, it looks like they painted my truck on a beach I have little chunks of items in my clear coat and even under the paint, all the letters on the driver side door have fallen off, and the 1 letter fell off my trucks tail gate. They got over spay on my back window, lower section of my bumper, and on my headlights. They even sanded a corner off 1 of my tail lights. Every time I wash my truck I find more stuff. I showed the lady the day I picked it up my truck and only showed her 1 section on my truck that had 2 issues on the driveside door, then she asked if there was anything else and I said yes a lot of other stuff and then she told me "it isnt going to be perfect" and I was blown away when she said that and so mad, so I

My husband and I have a 2009 Camry which we had painted on January 8, 2024. We were greeted by Eduardo and Vanesa, both of whom were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional, and answered all our questions. The car came out excellent, in the time promised, and looks brand-new. We will recommend this paint shop to our friends.

Horrible experience compared to 5 years ago. From 4 days quoting me that my car will be ready led to eight days and on the fourth time of me going over there or calling it was done correctly at that. I was constantly reaching out to them checking on my car and each time it was not done or not done properly. They don't even call to say it's done, you have to follow up with them and they didn't even apologize for the several times of my inconvenience. Overall the paint job wasn't as better as it was 5 years ago in which this time around I went and paid more and chose the next paint level up. I won't be going there ever again and I wouldn't refer anyone to use this body shop.
