I’ve been taking my 2006 Tundra to ToyoWorks for many years now. Josh and David have always taken great care of my truck. Honest, up front, very reasonable and never any problems. I was a customer there for over six years. My car was/is pretty reliable so I did not do much service besides the recommended scheduled maintenance (oil change, other fluids etc.). Things were ok at first (remember they did not perform some complex work, just basic stuff), but in the last year or so I noticed it went downhill. Every time I came there was always a new face that attended my car. That alone is not a problem, but sometimes I had to wait more than half an hour, almost 45 minutes before someone started working on my car, even though I always called in advance to schedule an appointment for a specific time. Ironically, as service went downhill, prices increased, so it wasn't such a difference compared to other service shops or even dealerships. Checking the tire pressure was supposedly part of the oil change, but the visit before last time they didn't even do that, because literally two days after, the tire pressure warning light came on. I thought I had a flat tire, but aft
