John was all friendly when it was time to charge me $2,000 for some gasket replacement however when i recently called him for another 2k+ job he never returned my call and hung up in my face when I tired to call back. Truly unprofessional, his not cheap so bring your wallet somewhere where they will at least acknowledge you as paying customer and provide you with some customer service. Truly regret over paying for bad service please my fellow BMW nation dont make the same mistake. Stay classy my friends

Simply put this is the best European auto service in Miami, Florida. After accidentally running over a speed bump in Coral Gables, FL the left side of the engine shield started to fall on my car. Unsure of whether the problem was minimal or drastic I was filled with dread while hearing the scraping along the Miami roads. After a disappointing experience at the Volkswagen dealership a couple of blocks up, where I was told that the next available appointment was not until the following week, I was desperate for a solution. Moreover, I was scared that I had caused irreparable damage to my car. After another disappointing encounter with AutoZone, I looked up and saw European Auto Service Center. Once I walked through the door, the man at the desk took pity upon me and agreed to fit me into their busy schedule.
