My Service Advisor, Otniel Arteaga, greeted me right when I arrived. He let me know how long the service would take and updated me along the way. He was friendly, kind, and courteous. I had a few questions about my vehicle and he went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered. Overall, I was very pleased with my first service experience at Infiniti Coral Gables.
