The service team was very professional and efficient. The turn around time on regular oil change and rotation can be improved specially when you have appt for the service.

Worst service ever, I bought a 2023 silverado 1500 duramax, at 2000 miles the truck started making noises in the rear suspension, I took the truck to the dealer at the beginning they said the noise was normal for any truck (I had a ram 1500 before and was quiet at all) the worst part was that they said "the sound is normal" even without a test drive so I had to make a complain with the service manager. He went with me to do a test drive as soon as he heard the noises he said we will check it and we call you back, after 3 days I had to go to the dealer again they never called me and for sure the extension number of the maintenance is unattended, they gave me the truck back and put me in a waiting list to replace the leaf spring of the driver side, 4 days later they called me to schedule a service to replace the affected piece, after one day the piece was replaced, the car was quiet and nice after 1000 miles later, the horrible noise came again, I had to go to the dealer and their resp

Got a new shifter for my Captiva. Service was completed and now I could get the ignition key out. Great but after the service, the center console had no background light or power. It took another trip to get it connected. Work was completed with no questions asked after the service manager supervisor got involved.
