Extremely rude. No manners. I highly do not recommend it. Poor customer service skills and didn't allow me to use my Groupon and tell me to ask for refund. They don't answer phone to make schedule and ended up going there and luckily get zero service because no staff working, (the owner telling me they are super busy with doing nothing!?) After I refund my Groupon I purchased one from MrGoma Tires and very satisfied with all the services and customer support. Highly recommend MrGoma! Do not waste your time with this unprofessional people.

I was in town visiting and woke to a near flat tire. I drove to Adventure Tires. I was greeted by Luis Serrano. He noticed my out of state plates and without hesitation directed me to pull up to the service bay. He plugged my tire to get me on my way and refused any payment. That is what this world needs more of. People that actually are willing to go the extra mile and help a total stranger. Wish I lived there so I could give them business on a regular basis. No I wasn't able to change the tire due to a recent medical procedure.
