the service department is very rude and unprofessional, I called to find out about removing the seats of the car , and the service guy seem to be having a bad day, all I could say is I hope he doesn't treat every customer the same way, if so he should t be answering the phone
Super slow, Richard llanes called as the service director after two hours I went to him to find out the timeframe and straight he say we don’t have loaner. I have a lease and it’s taking way longer to fix the car. But we never here so sorry for the inconvenience or nothing like it, no customer service at all . I hope that some real managers see this miss customer service !!
The people who attend parts and sell parts have the worst customer service, there is poor customer service.
