Bought a Land Cruiser from them and I’m very satisfied!

Bought a pre-owned 2019 Toyota 86 from another dealership, and brought it here to have an outstanding recall dealt with. While there, I asked them if they could look into why my engine light was on. The service rep told me the reason was that I had an aftermarket exhaust system, and to 'fix' it I had to change exhaust manifold gaskets, to the tune of around $1300. Something about this sounded off, so I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. This second mechanic put the car on the lift and was able to show me that the car was missing a catalytic converter, and this was the reason why I had a check engine light coming on. This is a car that is VERY low to the ground, so you would not be able to tell this without putting the car up on the lift. However, once the car is on the lift, you can clearly see the issue. This makes me question whether or not the staff here bothered to properly inspect my car. If this was the type of "service experience" that I wanted, I would've bought

I had to leave my car for repairs at the Collision Center and I’d like to say the customer service is amazing. At first I spoke to Karina Bonilla, she was lovely she helped set up an appointment (next day) and when I got there David Gonzalez helped me with the rest. He explained everything and took my car in quickly, very nice guy! 10/10 :) and the Christmas tree was cute
