Tim was awesome, not only was he friendly but he was honest. My wife took her smart car in, he told us he was 73 percent sure of what it was. He was 100 percent right. He found the part cheaper then anyone else and it was a new and quality part. He even said if he could not finish the car that day he would drop us off at our hotel, wow, what service. This is a local shop that has capable mechanics, able to get you in a week or less , honest, Honest , Honest, Honest, did I say Honest, and affordable. Family owned husband and wife team , staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. I normally wait , since we have one car in the family. The mechanic gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was fixed. I only live a mile away , but still I appreciated it. Any work that isn’t under warranty gets done here. They have fixed AC, Brakes, electric fans, windshield wipers, water pump and timing belt, oil changes, tune ups , tire rotation, what ever I need they have been able to do it. When the mechanic gave me a ride home we talked and he was also an aviation mechanic who worked for a international aircraft company so this are qualified mechanics . The prices are drastic compared to a dealer vs VE Motors, which is so much more affordable , and they don’t Nickel and dime you. They tell you what you need and when it needs to be done.

My first visit to VE Motors was over 10 years ago when I was referred by a co-worker that they did foreign car repair for a lot less than the dealerships. It turned out to be true, but even better than that, was the personal service of the owner and his mechanic. I've taken my BMW and Honda's there now for 10 years, for repair and for regular maintenance. I save at least 25% than from the dealership. They do most the work the same day and I've never had to go back for the same thing. I usually ask them what I should be considering for the future and they tell me what I should be planning on doing to keep the cars in top shape. They even tell me the sweet spot when I should sell a car (at a certain age or miles) to avoid a costly season of repairs. They happily work on cars I buy elsewhere, but I've bought one car from them and sold one car to them. They were very fair on the prices for both.
