Better Leather & Auto Trim Co (Katzkin Dealer)

I ordered a Katskin leather interior for my 2022 ram 1500 and while sitting there waiting for my ride to pick me up I was watching the gentleman work on my truck. The quality and craftsmanship of these folks that he has working for him are impeccable. The gentleman that was doing my truck was very meticulous in his way of doing things. And was very gracious and explaining a couple of the things that he was doing to the truck. If I ever have the opportunity to use them again I will. Communication was great and they even took me a couple days early because they had an opening.

I am so impressed with the new leather I recently purchased through Katzkin. The leather feels like butter! I have owned Mercedes’ Jaguars and BMWs most of my adult life and Katzkin leather is better quality than ALL of them. The customer service is amazing!! They worked with me for almost a year while so decided on the style etc to renovate my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. Then there was a small error in the leather which they rectified immediately, shipping the replacement leathers out next day express! Now the leather is only part of the purchase. In addition is the installation. They are equally diligent in securing who they use as installers. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my installers, Titan Up in Ocala, Florida. Their workmanship and attention to detail far surpasses anyone so have ever dealt with. Simply awesome people to work with. Both Katzkin and Titan Up! Actually, even if I purchased a new vehicle, I would take it to have their leather installed to replace the OEM. DID

Today, Tom and his crew installed the Katzkins Leather in my 2004/2005 Ford F-150 Regular Cab truck. The install was done very professionally and quickly. I am a retired Senior Master Ford Technician with over 55 years working at dealerships plus 9 years with American Honda. So, this review comes from someone who has been around the industry for a long time. Thank you again guys. I already showed the seats to 3 friends and were really impressed!!!
