I took my Jeep wangler to be looked at. He told me he was busy but, asked to to bring it in for an estimate . I asked him to call me with an estimate on what it would cost. Dropped it of on a Tuesday @5:30. Six days went by and I did not receive a call. Decided to take a drive to see what was going on. I asked him why he had not called me, I was told I was not being reasonable because I was inquiring why my Jeep had not been looked at in six days.. He stated “He was really busy and had not had a chance to look at it”. I asked him “ why did you ask me to bring it in then” he did not respond. I asked him if I left it til Friday if he could give me a quote and he stated he could not promise he would get to it by then.. At this point I just asked for my key and took my Jeep. While I was there, I only saw clunkers there. For a business that claims to be so busy, I did not see anyone working on any car. I would never take my suv back even if he offered to do the work for free !!

Good expert service, they did an oil change and inspected my battery, which showed up bad. Went to dealer and within warranty got a free replacement. They saved us a lot of money and possible down time.
