While at a local full service car wash, their equipment broke apart and fell on my car, damaging the hood, the roof, the windshield and the side. I told their insurance company I would have only have EXCEL Collision by Bernie do the repairs. I have had previous work done by them and knew that Josh and his staff would work hard to return my car to its pre-incident condition--which they successfully did!! Highly recommend EXCEL Collision!!
I was unfortunately in an accident, but working with Josh Noel with Excel Collision made a terrible situation into an easy process! He didn’t back down against the insurance company when they wanted to use all refurbished items on my truck. Customer service is top notch, excellent communication. And I think my truck is the cleanest it’s ever been ????. I have 4 drivers in our house & if the situation ever arises again with needing a body shop, hands down I’ll be giving josh a call! 5 out of 5 stars.
