I have been without a regular mechanic for a couple of years. I had been with that mechanic for 17 years. He was honest. He was fair. If he recommended a particular service, its because it was needed not just to pad his wallet. When my front end started making noises I asked if anyone knew a good mechanic. A coworker recommended 1 Stop. I called Mon 06/19 and spoke with Josh. Right away I felt a connection. Josh was friendly and approachable. From the questions he was asking, I knew he was knowledgeable. I took my car in for a consult today. Turns out the CV boots are pretty bad. Scheduled a repair for Friday. Side note, Brittney said that while there was no same day delivery service she may be able to pick up the parts today and service may be done Thursday. Shortly after leaving Brittney called and suggested that rather than just replacing the boots, do a complete replacement that would include the boots.
