Tire Kingdom

My low pressure light was on so I took a chance and drove into Tire Kingdom. I asked a young man (Douglas)who was working on a vehicle if he could help me. Without hesitation, he checked all my tires and then filled them. Good customer service from Douglas was a high point in my day.

I won't go back here, after 25 years of excellent service. This is under new management and all new staff. We had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and at 1:45, they still hadn't rotated tires or looked at leaky tire. Our car was blocked into bay so we waited another hour to get it. They said the tires didn't need to be rotated. I've never heard such a thing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have received at this place. Two weeks ago, I dropped my car off with extensive instructions on several issues that I have experienced in my vehicle. They worked on the car for two weeks, I acknowledge that there was a lot of information that I gave them. However, communication between us was extremely poor. Anyway, I picked up my car last night which was Friday night, and was told that they were going to be closed on Saturday. Drove off the lot, and almost immediately, the same issue that I initially brought my truck in therefore happened again. Not only that, the initial issue was maybe even a little worse and my check engine light came on while I was driving. I’m taking my car to a different mechanic today, to see if they did any of the work at all. I was told it was a bad wheel bearing, yet now I somehow have a cylinder misfire?
