Thank God, I find Hugh, I have a couple of older ford 150 and it's nice to find someone that's honest to help me with them
I tried to get an estimate. Did not have my vin and they refuse to give an estimate if you do not have the vin. The person that took my call was rude, and exasperated that i don't have my vin on lock. She started off the conversation as though I was going to be a problem customer. We ended the call with "I won't be doing business with you." I know this place comes highly recommended, but I'm not going to take my car to a company that treats potential clients like they are the problem...before they even have my car.
These people were so nice! Even peanut (the little doggy, who really does look like a peanut) was super friendly and welcoming! Gives me the vibes of the old school car repair places. I went and asked if they could put air in my tires, mind you the weather was awful.. Anyways I’ll definitely be back to see them.
