Amazing company! I took my car to the Hyundai off of Cassat previously and had such a hard time with Hyundai. When my engine light came on I knew I didn’t want to take my car back to Hyundai and went to google to find another auto shop to take my car to. I called Ortega Car Care to see if they would be able to run a diagnostic on my engine that same day and they were able to not only run the diagnostic and I had my car back the next day with new spark plugs and an engine coil. Not only were they super quick, but Bryon who worked the front office was so nice and didn’t put any pressure on me to fix something that wasn’t actually needed. When I was picking up my car he was on the phone with another customer and said he would stay late that day so the customer could have their car for the weekend. I cannot say enough amazing things about Ortega Car Care and will tell everyone I know to go there!!

I would recommend anyone to go to this shop for repairs. I drop my car off that morning and it was done by the evening. Stuff was very friendly, he told everything I needed done on my car and didn’t add anything extra. This will be my new mechanic place!!!

I booked an appointment for an oil change at the end of day Monday for the upcoming Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving as I had to make a long road trip. I dropped the car off at 8am, the car was ready by 10:30am. Not only did they quickly service my vehicle, they did a full inspection, filled the air in my tires and topped off my washer fluid at NO COST. The shop is clean, the workers are polite and professional. I was very impressed and will be bringing my car back for brakes after the holidays.
