I must say this is hands down the best group of people you could ask for .as you could expect Thursday when we were dealing with hurricane Ian most places of business were closed.i went to lunch and on the way home felt a vibration so strong,I knew it was unsafe to drive.i thought rear end.i figured westside was closed but I would limp it to them and leave it there .to my surprise there was one technician there James,and service writer Adrian.not technically open for business they listen to me agreed to at least look at it.as soon as we pulled out James said it sounds like a carrier bearing,pull it back in.in the rain he pulled two vehicles out of the shop to get mine in.he was right. fortunately O'rileys was opened, he agreed to fix it.i had the part delivered and immediately he began to work.he even stopped and put another lady's spare tire on for her.Adrian was exceptional in accommodating me and was super supportive.her understanding of customer service exceeds that of most busines

One of the best garages on the westside. Always friendly and have the skilled staff to do the repairs on today's newer cars and trucks. Don't go to the dealerships and pay 3x more. Trust me.

Dropped my car off on june 21st to be repaired. I went on july 8th to find out Chris let the mechanic leave in my car a week before. It's July 15th and i dont even know where my car is. I DONT KNOW WHERE THE MECHANIC IS, but I dropped my car off at WESTSIDE AUTOMOTIVE. Im the only person responsible for this car. ITS STOLEN.
