O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts to purchase gear oil for my scooter. They sold me the wrong type so I came back on Tuesday. I entered the store and spoke to an employee show him my receipt and the oil I had and proceeded to walk to the oil section. I did not see what I was looking for so I went back to the counter spoke to another employee and he said they had nothing compatible to what I was looking for, then he asked me if I was going to buy the oil I had in my hand. I said no I bought it yesterday and showed him the receipt he said okay cool and so I left out the store. I put the receipt in the oil under my seat got on to my scooter and made a phone call. While I was on my scooter talking on the phone a large heavy set employee came out and asked me aggressive Lee for the receipt and the bottle of oil. I asked him why after I have already shown it 2 different times in the store. He explains that it just so happens that he is missing a bottle of that oil and thinks that I may have st

Called ahead to see if they had an ACDelco battery to replace the one in my 2003 GMC. They were prompt in providing information. When I went into the store to buy the battery, I need to say they had excellent customer service.
