So I was suppose to do a drop off for ups but the guy who answered the phone wasnt professional he didnt know what was needed. lied, and to top it off I wasted money going there on top of waiting 20 to 30 mins for him t ok anwser when I could have easily went somewhere else if given the right info this wasnt a good experience and they need to be more aware and professional as a staff
O.m.g.!! LalA was the best!! I've been in customer service for over 20 years,and this young lady was just all around great! Very well knowledgeable about the products and what they sell ! You have a great employee with a bright future!!!!!!!!
It's okay with the exception that the stores are hiring more females and honestly and all due respect, the don't hardly know anything about cars and their parts
