GREAT SERVICE! I brought my car here for the first time for an oil change. It was quick and fast. Better than the car dealership service center. Tom was the one who take care of it. If you want quality and fast service go and check them.

Update as of 05/02/23: I went in again after having some concerns with my vehicle’s brakes and a scraping sound underneath it. I needed a few very serious repairs to my car that were thoroughly explained to me. One of my tires was even wheeled in for me in the office to look at it myself. It took about a day to fix everything and my car has never driven better. Sincerely, thank you so much. I feel so so comfortable coming here and leaving my car in their care. I never feel pressured into extra services, I don’t feel like they’re just trying to make money off me(especially as someone who isn’t familiar with cars), and one of the managers even texts me every few months to see how my car is running. It’s truly the best service ever. I suggest this Tuffy to everyone and even held off getting it serviced for a few days until I was back in town to make sure I came here(and thankfully I didn’t end up in a ditch before I did like I probably should have with the issues my car had). Registering for an appointment online was easy though further in the future than I would have expected. People were not especially customer friendly or polite. Without a coupon the price wasn't much different than getting the same service at the car dealer.
