I noticed that I had a nail in my tire upon dropping my toddler off at daycare this morning- normally I would try to fix this sort of situation on my own but I am 8 months pregnant so I immediately went to Tuffy's- they were absolutely slammed with other vehicles and work and Steve made sure to make me feel like a priority customer- plugged my tire and sent me on my way. I have been neglecting servicing my vehicle. Had no idea what I was going to hear was wrong with the car. Took it into Tuffy the other day, needed a/c repair, oil change, and check my brakes.They fixed what needed to be fixed. Chris told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes. They could’ve been typical of some of folks down here and claim I needed brakes or whatever, but they didn’t. Charged me a completely reasonable amount for work done. Honest, reputable mechanic. Would never hesitate to return to this Tuffy. We’ve gone to this Tuffy previously and remembered how good they had been. Thank you Chris and all.
