They got the job done at a reasonable price. Other places said they couldn't do it. They got themselves a new customer now.
Went for an oil change and tire rotation and associate left tools in my car, oil smears all over the doors and windows, and went into my trunk compartment and made a mess. The staff was nice but I was charged more than what I was told at the front counter. I ended up having to go to another shop the following week due to a rattling noise. They said that this shop (Tuffy) left loose lug nuts in the middle of my wheel. They also did not advise me that my tire tread was dangerously low and did not provide me with any kind of inspection report. I can’t say that I would recommend this shop to anyone.
