I can see from some of the other reviews that this shop may get to the work portion for some, but they have problems getting to the "work" portion for others. Took pickup truck in for estimate for repairs, they filled out forms, took pictures and said they would complete estimate and email it to me. Waited over a week and called, the woman who answered the phone said she would check and get back to me. Waited again, for 5 more days, and went into the shop to ask about the estimate. It was not a good experience, when I ask if I could get the estimate, the person who actually took all the information 2 weeks before ask if I had the truck with me. When I reiterated he looked at the truck 2 weeks ago and took pictures, he flippantly said that he had done 80 estimates in the last 2 weeks, was with a customer and couldn't do anything. I didn't stay to ask why the one estimate from 2 weeks ago hadn't gotten done. If they didn't want to do the estimate or they didn't want to do the work that
