San Carlos Automotive is my go to shop for all of my vehicles. I was expecting a 2,000-3,000$ Repair for the air conditioning in my Cadillac Escalade but they were able to find a simple leaking valve stem and saved me thousands. They have replaced pulleys, flushed the fuel system, replaced leaking gaskets, oil changes, tires rotations and much more in my 16 year old truck. The thing that I like most is they call to suggest replacing something that is likely to fail next, that is attention to detail, I really don’t want to be back in 6 months or a year so I would rather do it all at once! Most places are afraid to make that call in fear of it sounding like an up-sell. Customer service is always great and even better to support a locally owned small business.
