I've been having my car serviced by Lou's Total Car Care for a number of years. They have excellent employees and always explain what needs to be done and why. As I was a long-time customer of Lou's, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and handling of a major problem with my car. After $2,700+ in repairs last April of 2022, my vehicle continued to have problems with sporadic stopping and starting. After the 3rd time I had my car towed to Lou's the manager on duty told me they could find nothing wrong and to not bring my car back. Fast forward through three different mechanics, seven months of being told there's nothing wrong with my car and diagnostic fees and repairs and loss on income, clients and several thousand in rental cars and towing fees. I was unable to start my vehicle or move it during Hurricane Ian and my car suffered body damage from my roof. In January I was referred to another mechanic. As I had nothing to lose, I towed my vehicle in. Less that 48 hours later the mechanic had finally found the problem.
