Firestone Complete Auto Care

On Late February I took my BMW to have my wheels balance. Last week I took the Car to the BMW shop, and was told that one of my tire was different than the other three. It seem that your employee placed a wrong tire to my car. Now I was told that you have not record of the job. I am reporting unethical practices to the BBB.

I came in right when they opened at 7 because I’m starting a big job today for my new company and got a flat tire late last night. I explained this and was told it would be an hour and a half wait, which was fine with me because that’s a reasonable time and I didn’t have an appointment. I’ve now been here for over 5 hours while at least 5 people who came after me (some hours after me) were taken care of first. They are yet to begin working on my truck. Now I have an angry customer and look unreliable as a business owner. There are a ton of auto shops in a small radius from here, and if they had been just been honest about how long it would have taken I would have simply gone somewhere else. I will never come back to this location and would recommend anyone go literally anywhere else besides here, unless you love wasting hours of your time. Service: Tires

I’ve been a Firestone customer for years. This is the first time using the one here in Fort Myers. I went in for an oil change and a tire repair they called me and said I had a small valve cover leak. I asked how much it would be and was told $588. I saw d ok to that. When I went back later the bill became $1200+. I certainly didn’t authorize that. I didn’t ask for a $69 fuel injection cleaning. I didn’t ask for a $16 battery corrosion treatment. All I authorized was the valve cover gasket and oil change. I really don’t appreciate things like this. I won’t be returning to this location.
