If you're looking for honest, hardworking mechanics who care about their costumers, look no further! I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am for Mick and his crew! They always take good care of me and my van! They truly care about their customers and it shows.
Was not told about $140.00 charge to look at the truck although I got it fixed there. Mitch said something about a $29.99 charge then when it came time to pay the $140.00 was charged. I called Lou's Total Car Care and they quoted me $260 all inclusive for the purge valve I paid over $400 for here. I don't know if this was because I was a new customer, a woman, a minor or what, but I will not ever return. Mechanic was nice though.
I got a specialty tire at a great price. Good service within the least amount of time.. well done!! Amazing service with an amazing staff. Thank you guys! I will always recommend Cypress Lake Tire & Auto Inc. They show that honestly goes a long way. Edwin. God Bless.
