Absolutely terrible company. Zero communication. Their “mechanic,” Paul is a joke. Does not keep you up to date about anything; always left in the dark unless I personally dig for information. I found out that he tried to keep my car there because of the high claim only for him not to be able to get it done. Now I have to wait another week for the dealership service center. My advice, don’t waste your time, pay the little extra for a credible company.

Paul is phenomenal. I purchased a tri-fold truck topper for my Honda Ridgeline online. I called around to several auto places to see if they would install, but they all turned me away because I didn't purchase the topper from them. Finally, I called Automotive Concepts, Paul took the call and made me feel at ease. He told me he would get it done, and he did. Friendly, honest, reliable. I will be using Paul again in the future.
