This place was absolutely amazing. So professional and knowledgeable. Honest, trustworthy and very friendly. I'm so happy I found this spot. I'm one of those ones that like the small businesses a lot better than the big corporate companies. AJ Auto is definitely a 5 out of 5 in my opinion. I will never use this place for business EVER AGAIN. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could, however Google would not let me. My mother and I brought her vehicle in for service to have done. After receiving an invoice, which, admitted, was fairly priced for the work, noticed there was damage done to the vehicle that was poorly covered up. This damage was not done prior to us bringing the vehicle in. We went back today 9/7 after picking the vehicle up in the first place and noticing the damage to point it out and resolve things amicably with the business. The right thing to do is at least admit that you did the damage. It's an old car. If it happened while fixing it hey that'd be understandable. However, what happened was completely different. Upon asking them to view the damage, there were three mechanics that came out in total. One of them carrying a can of black glue, the same glue used in the picture to cover up the damages done. Honest and reliable service, with fair prices and speedy turnaround. If they know someone who is better suited for a particular job they don't hesitate to recommend them. Can't say enough good things about A J Auto, they're truly a gem and the Iona area is lucky to have them.
