Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

This location was highly suggested by my coworkers. Made the mistake of taking their advice TWICE My first experience, they said it would take 4 hours to change my tire, came back and it was never moved from it's spot where I dropped it off. Second time, I came in after work to make an appointment. The guy said he has plenty of tires in my size. Came in today to find out that was a lie. They had 3 days to get my tire size. Or at least a call to tell me not to come. I see help wanted signs, so there's a clue as to why things aren't organized.

The so called manager didn’t even make any efforts to look at my car and rejected me on spot with lame unprofessional excuses because he doesn’t have the appropriate technician. I simply took the car the same time—30 seconds drive. Yes 30 seconds drive—to the Valvoline and the technician told me i only needed to add break fluid. I bought a 4 dollars break fluid and the car is fine. No more T/C light is coming on. Absolutely irresponsible to send a customer out just like that. The so called manager rejects you with a fake smile and a “have a blessed day” comment. I would not recommend this shop.

I made an appointment a week early for a tire balance. When I arrived at my morning appointment (after a late flight the night before) I was told that there was no appointment in my name. I explained that I had made an appointment a week prior and the guy running the facility told me that I must have called a different location. I had my previous invoice with me and showed him that his store’s number was clearly on it. I also have his store’s phone number in my call log (called on 2/28 for my 3/9 appointment). He said that there were 5 people plus a walk in ahead of me so I “should call and make an appointment for a different day”!! I was so frustrated and told him that I DID make an appointment and left. When I then went to a different store the employee there told me that “that’s what you get at Tire Choice”. This employee was a very nice gentleman in his mid 60s and he was not saying it in a vindictive way- he was saying it in a manner of fact way. I have no doubt that this is not t
