I give 4 stars for speed and price for oil change and rotation on my Ford Ranger. The price is very reasonable and competitive for a dealership service center. Also, Haley is friendly and professional. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the technician's failure to tighten the oil pan plug during my initial visit on 8/13/20, which led to an oil leak on my driveway pavers and inside my garage (garage floor was easy to clean - but my pavers, after using Dawn dish soap to try bringing up the oil, well, I still have oil stains). My two other cars don't leak and they both have a protective plastic barriers under the engine. Anyway, the other reason for not giving 5 stars is the obvious, I had to bring my vehicle back to have the problem corrected. The oil pan plug was tightened and no more leaking oil. I was not compensated for my time, gas, mileage, or this review. If I return in the future, I will update this review or post another. I hope your experience doesn't require a return t
