20121 Tesla model Y This place is a Joke I was an insurance adjuster several years ago for a widely known insurance company. I have extensive knowledge and background as it relates to property damage claims, body shop protocol as well as casualty handling practices. This is the only body shop who is authorized by Tesla to fix Tesla’s. Which by itself is a huge problem. It took forever to move the car through the body shop. -The car to this day is not complete. - Communication from the body shop is nearly non existent. - Over spray all over the car specifically the hood was poorly corrected. - I’m still missing a headlight assembly that was on back order they have never called for install it was supposed to be in July. I am currently driving the car with a broken one. I have stopped by the body shop twice. I agreed to take the car with the promise that the new one would be installed upon arrival. Took my car here after reading the reviews. Cara was there to assist me and update me about the car. They were very quick too.

Had an appointment for an estimate just for a scratch I wasn't sure could be buffed out, they took it right in the back and took care of it plus some other scratches on my door free of charge! Very nice and friendly people who are down to earth, would recommend to anyone!
